Disappointed in this experience. I have had brunch at the Rosen Plaza and Rosen Shingle Creek. These are pricey meals. ranging 55-75$/per adult. The Rosen Shingle Creek was sold out and the Plaza did not offer a brunch this year. So, believing the quality would be similar I booked the 3 of us at the Rosen Centre. We were disappointed. The room was crowded, the staff NOT friendly and the food was average at best. My son and his girlfriend were put off by the meat that should have been served hot was cold. The Stone Crab was the hit for them, but they did not furnish utensils to crack the shells. Food was scattered around the large room and in rooms off the main room, but you had to try to find it. For instance, the hard rolls were at the end of the salad bar, far away from the carved meats, or pasta offerings. Some deserts were hidden in an alcove. Mimosa’s were served but had to ask frequently for refills with long periods of time between when asked and when served. Just not the same quality or same friendly service we have received at the Shingle Creek.
